Working with messages in Microsoft Outlook

When ImandrA is integrated with Microsoft Outlook, the most common ImandrA commands are conveniently accessible from within Outlook without having to open ImandrA. You can use these commands to:

• Open email messages stored in an ImandrA vault
• Import email messages and their attachments into an ImandrA vault
• Import only the attachments of an email in to an ImandrA vault

The ImandrA commands within Outlook can be found in two places:

• On the ImandrA menu as shown in the following figure:

• In the ImandrA toolbar as shown in the following figure:

Most commands can be found in both places. The following table lists the ImandrA commands available in Outlook and their function.
